100th Post

Hmm, Fridays are like the best day in the week. So, as usual, Hougang Mall meeting.

After lessons met up with Darren and Jin Ming first and headed there.

Kians shiok la, Fridays no lesson, so he always camp there till we reach.

Reached, headed for roof. Kians and Ernie there. But still drizzling, so went for dinner first.

After dinner, Weile arrived, and then we settled on roof.

Ya, one of the best sessions i think. Shuffle till damn song.

Ya, then got some audience, that motivates me. But then, sometimes, i dont dare to dance when people are looking :/

Went home with Darren but he didnt felt like going home. So go Mac there talk talk lo. Then i keep spamming him ghost stories. Hahahah. Talked till around 1.45am.

Met up with Kians.

Then Darren arrived.

Then Ernie and Melody joined us for a short while. Congrats to Ernie on wanting to learn shuffling.

Then William arrived.

Then ya, practice session start! LOL

Got people see sia. HAHA. Longest session.

Talk bout relationship stuff while eating. Then talk talk talk. Went back roof.

Then roof lights suddenly off, cua sai. Scared kena locked in at Hougang Mall. LOL

Then sent William off at station. And walked home with Kians and Darren.

Ya, talked bout lot of things on the way.

And yes, i do like dancing :D

Weird

Its like theres something missing in my life but i dont know what.

Although i've quit gaming, i still face the comp a lot. So, i started to draw stuff and upload 'em on Deviantart. But then im emptying my Copic markers real fast :/

Went to Body Worlds at Science Centre the other day, for my module.

I seriously dont know how to continue this post. Maybe i'll try searching for that missing something.

God, i sound so emo. Im not emo. Just, quite bored of life. A bit, maybe. Its like theres nothing happening and my current life's just a cycle.

Sometimes, i feel like going back to secondary school days.

Im back

Thought for quite some time whether to blog or not. And yea, decided to do it.

Right, school's started for a week plus. So lucky that i passed all modules. Okay, so new semester, new modules. Quite fun, better than last semester. But some are still plain rubbish.

And yes, im trying to quit gaming. Yes, i will be able to do it. And to not think of playing games. I just bombard myself with hardstyle music. And then practice shuffling, considered exercising la. Lol.

Today ah, met with Kians, William and Darren at Hougang Point. Then look look around and went to a playground with a lot of sec sch days' memories.

Went there, relax relax, talk cock chit chat. Then dont know who started random shuffling. Then got a bit of feel, so just join in lo. Then William blast hardstyle ah. Then even more feel. Dance till damn hiong. First time dancing in public sia. Then the playground very nice, cause got enough space to move around, and very little people.

Then amazingly Darren also join in. So we teach him some basics. I think he ki siao liao la. Lol. But William dont want join in, say his shoes not smooth.

So we bua bua bua, bua till i damn tired and sweat like hell. Good 'workout' la. Haha.

Then, sit down, cooldown. And headed to Hougang Point to grab a drink and parted.

So ya, Shuffle for life!

Dead Space

Alright, here's my review for Dead Space. Completed it on medium in around 3-4 days' time.

An amazing third-person survival horror-action game.

The graphics' spectacular and the gameplay's just awesome.

Game's set in the USG Ishimura, a mining ship.

The cutscene starts with the Kellion (which you are in) responding to Ishimura's distress call and due to malfunctions, crash lands on Ishimura.

The Ishimura is already dead and infested by Necromorphs (humans infected by aliens).

So you play as Isaac Clarke, a ship engineer and then you basically have to get out of the Ishimura.

And later in the game, you get seperated from your team when you try to activate some shit. And then the game continues with you being all alone with a mining tool.

So one of your teammates, Kendra, will keep asking you to run errands for her, to get out of Ishimura.

The gameplay is really really scary and its only in 3rd-person view and aliens just freaking pop out from air vents (which is like everywhere). And then sometimes theres a sudden blackout. And the background music, and sounds like footsteps, metal pipes dropping, aliens' sounds. Shadows of aliens running past and a lot of horror factors.

The fun part when killing the aliens is that you deal very little damage to them if you shoot their bodies, and so, the most effective way is to dismember their limbs. Severing just the head will not kill them. And that can be very scary cause they'll be rushing at you and you'll panic while trying to aim for their limbs. And when theres more than one alien, the situation's worse.

The variety of aliens' quite good. Hate that regenerating one (oops, spoiler), make my heart beat so fucking fast.

Then, there are stores where you can buy your weapons, ammo, suit, health pack etc etc. And theres the BENCH, which is a machine you can use to upgrade your weapons, RIG, kinesis, stasis using power nodes.

I shall not elaborate on the story to prevent spoilers. If youre interested in the story, you can watch the movie animation 'Dead Space: Downfall'. It shows what actually happened to the Ishimura (before Isaac arrived).

Dead Space's one of the best games i've played. I'll rate it 5/5 stars. A must play!
