100th Post

Hmm, Fridays are like the best day in the week. So, as usual, Hougang Mall meeting.

After lessons met up with Darren and Jin Ming first and headed there.

Kians shiok la, Fridays no lesson, so he always camp there till we reach.

Reached, headed for roof. Kians and Ernie there. But still drizzling, so went for dinner first.

After dinner, Weile arrived, and then we settled on roof.

Ya, one of the best sessions i think. Shuffle till damn song.

Ya, then got some audience, that motivates me. But then, sometimes, i dont dare to dance when people are looking :/

Went home with Darren but he didnt felt like going home. So go Mac there talk talk lo. Then i keep spamming him ghost stories. Hahahah. Talked till around 1.45am.

Met up with Kians.

Then Darren arrived.

Then Ernie and Melody joined us for a short while. Congrats to Ernie on wanting to learn shuffling.

Talk bout relationship stuff while eating. Then talk talk talk. Went back roof.

Then roof lights suddenly off, cua sai. Scared kena locked in at Hougang Mall. LOL

Then sent William off at station. And walked home with Kians and Darren.

Ya, talked bout lot of things on the way.

Weird

Its like theres something missing in my life but i dont know what.

Although i've quit gaming, i still face the comp a lot. So, i started to draw stuff and upload 'em on Deviantart. But then im emptying my Copic markers real fast :/

Went to Body Worlds at Science Centre the other day, for my module.

I seriously dont know how to continue this post. Maybe i'll try searching for that missing something.

God, i sound so emo. Im not emo. Just, quite bored of life. A bit, maybe. Its like theres nothing happening and my current life's just a cycle.

Im back

Thought for quite some time whether to blog or not. And yea, decided to do it.

Right, school's started for a week plus. So lucky that i passed all modules. Okay, so new semester, new modules. Quite fun, better than last semester. But some are still plain rubbish.

And yes, im trying to quit gaming. Yes, i will be able to do it. And to not think of playing games. I just bombard myself with hardstyle music. And then practice shuffling, considered exercising la. Lol.

Today ah, met with Kians, William and Darren at Hougang Point. Then look look around and went to a playground with a lot of sec sch days' memories.

Went there, relax relax, talk cock chit chat. Then dont know who started random shuffling. Then got a bit of feel, so just join in lo. Then William blast hardstyle ah. Then even more feel. Dance till damn hiong. First time dancing in public sia. Then the playground very nice, cause got enough space to move around, and very little people.

Then amazingly Darren also join in. So we teach him some basics. I think he ki siao liao la. Lol. But William dont want join in, say his shoes not smooth.

So we bua bua bua, bua till i damn tired and sweat like hell. Good 'workout' la. Haha.

Then, sit down, cooldown. And headed to Hougang Point to grab a drink and parted.

So ya, Shuffle for life!

Dead Space

Alright, here's my review for Dead Space. Completed it on medium in around 3-4 days' time.

An amazing third-person survival horror-action game.

The graphics' spectacular and the gameplay's just awesome.

Game's set in the USG Ishimura, a mining ship.

The cutscene starts with the Kellion (which you are in) responding to Ishimura's distress call and due to malfunctions, crash lands on Ishimura.

The Ishimura is already dead and infested by Necromorphs (humans infected by aliens).

So you play as Isaac Clarke, a ship engineer and then you basically have to get out of the Ishimura.

And later in the game, you get seperated from your team when you try to activate some shit. And then the game continues with you being all alone with a mining tool.

So one of your teammates, Kendra, will keep asking you to run errands for her, to get out of Ishimura.

The gameplay is really really scary and its only in 3rd-person view and aliens just freaking pop out from air vents (which is like everywhere). And then sometimes theres a sudden blackout. And the background music, and sounds like footsteps, metal pipes dropping, aliens' sounds. Shadows of aliens running past and a lot of horror factors.

The fun part when killing the aliens is that you deal very little damage to them if you shoot their bodies, and so, the most effective way is to dismember their limbs. Severing just the head will not kill them. And that can be very scary cause they'll be rushing at you and you'll panic while trying to aim for their limbs. And when theres more than one alien, the situation's worse.

The variety of aliens' quite good. Hate that regenerating one (oops, spoiler), make my heart beat so fucking fast.

Then, there are stores where you can buy your weapons, ammo, suit, health pack etc etc. And theres the BENCH, which is a machine you can use to upgrade your weapons, RIG, kinesis, stasis using power nodes.

I shall not elaborate on the story to prevent spoilers. If youre interested in the story, you can watch the movie animation 'Dead Space: Downfall'. It shows what actually happened to the Ishimura (before Isaac arrived).

Dead Space's one of the best games i've played. I'll rate it 5/5 stars. A must play!

Yea, i got quarantined because i tio some infuenza-like syntoms shit.

Thanks to the bo chap Singapore Gahmen (if you know what i mean).

Btw, i have yet to review on Fallout 3 because well..i cant stop playing it and i've even restarted the game for like around 3 times?

Seriously, what i can say is, the storyline is the best that i've came about and the gameplay's just awesome.

Will make a review when i get tired of the game, but..that could take quite some time :X

And im a Fallout 3 fanatic now according to Aniq :/

Even Kians said it in his blog, quote, "bl,continue his fallout3 lor,total addict liao la dat one.neva see him played a game for so long,and has so much replay value to him." unquote.

Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen - The Game

Woots. I've just completed the Autobots side of the game. It took me less than 12hours but i must admit, it was very entertaining considered that its quite a short game.

Most probably because the story was according or very simlar to the movie.

This game is so much better compared to the old Transformers game - you cant choose which transformer you want to use. Transformers had shields which can block off all bullets and that made your guns completely useless! Then whats the use of them having guns?! What were they thinking? Some missions were too damn tough and boring. Megatron was so imba that 6-7 hits from his gun can kill Bumblebee, and the shields wont work against his guns. And we have no guns on our side that can pierce shields. Wtf. And the list of things that makes the game more horrible goes on and on. I didnt even bothered to finish the old game.

The new game however was totally different. It keeps you playing on. The stupid impenetrable shield is gone (YAY!). Game difficulty was playable. Graphics are not bad, but can be better. The part where you fight with Devastator was fun. And there is Free Roam! How great. Lol.

And~ you get to use the zhng-ed Optimus Prime! Woo. Optimus FTW!

Overall, i'll give it 1.5/5 stars.

Transformers 2: Revenge Of The Fallen

A movie so marvellous that i couldnt resist but watch it twice.

At first, i thought 'The Fallen' referred to Megatron and the Decepticons who were defeated in part 1. But it turned out that there is a Decepticon called 'The Fallen'. Lol.

Caught the movie with my dad on the 25th. We were supposed to watch it at Cathay AMK Hub. But when we reached there at 5, all timings were fully booked till 10+pm.

So, no choice, have to catch it at Eng Wah Jubilee. Lol.

Then went to watch it the second time today with Kians, William, Shawndy, Chella, and the Ernest & Melody at The Cathay. Because its just so nice. 2 and a half hours of awesome-ness.

You can totally feel the difference between Eng Wah cinema and Cathay cinema. The sound system. Omg the bass is so damn strong. Damn shiok.

I give this movie infinite/5 stars. Lol. I wonder why the papers only gave it half a star, wth.

The best part of the movie was when Sam resurrected Optimus Prime, and Jetfire sacrificed himself to give Prime his parts.





OMFG. Damn cool. And Prime totally pwned Megatron and The Fallen.

Prime+Jetfire FTW.

Think its gonna be the best movie of the year.

You can be whacking empty spaces for like 10+ seconds, or more. I've experienced 30+ seconds lag.

Went to buy module materials at Art Friend at Taka after lessons. Finished buying then chilled at MOS Burger for a while then left for home.

When changing trains at Dhoby Ghaut, realized i left my phone at MOS. Then panic, grabbed Zak(thanks Zak) with me to MOS. Then keep spamming call.

Lucky my phone was on full volume(and kept playing the saferoom song. Lol) then i think one of the staff heard then pickup, say wait for me to go take. Thanked her like siao and rushed back.

Damn lucky la. Damn careless la.

Omg, cant believe what will happen if i lost this moto too. I'd kill myself.

NATAS Fair

Kians' sister's(Phoebe) boyfriend's(Vincent) friend got us lobang for NATAS Fair, thank you.

Then Kians asked me, Kai Jie, Christabel, Jia Rong and Eileen for this job. Kians and me worked for full 3 days and KJ, Cristabel, JR and Eileen worked during Friday and Sunday.

We worked under Chan Brothers.

Me, Kians, KJ, JR, Eileen and Kians' sisters and friends managed the Asia department. Then Christabel managed the China department.

Job's damn tiring, have to stand whole day and distribute flyers, shout, pull in customers, fight with other companies for customers, usher customers, answer their questions, bring them to our booth, bring them to the correct departments.

Then when you distribute the flyers, some will totally ignore you like youre not even there.

Then have to deal with f**king slackers. Bloody hell he go slack still dare say we slack. But there were still many friendly and nice people there, they will cover your job for you and ask you to rest. Like Kians' sisters(Phoebe and Kelly) and their friends(Hazel and a few others) and Vincent.

Our boss, Richard is very friendy and funny.

Then worked for 3 days, crapped for 3 days, and it was really fun working with them.

Then my sister(Kaiyi) also worked there, but she's an AIG regular. So she worked there as Admin. Then sometimes will come out 'ka jiao' me. Haha. Then i'll give her my flyers.

Today was the last day and business wasnt that good, so knocked off earlier. Then go take advertising balloons from AIG with KJ, Hazel and Christabel.

Then after that dad and mum came to fetch us home then 'shun bian' send KJ home.

I MADE IT!!

Early Birthday Celebration With Friends

Went to Suki Sushi at Hougang Plaza to celebrate my birthday with Ernest, Rong Kai, Weile, Kians, Darren.

The food there was fine. Damn funny la, when eating that time keep telling stupid jokes, then laugh laugh laugh. I think we were the loudest there (Umm, i think we are the loudest, everywhere). Haha.

Then Weile keep ordering the same three dishes, salmon sashimi, clam sashimi and scallop sashimi.

Bloody hell, then we keep eating those, and the green pea. Haha. Then Weile order more and more, then the scallop come that time, like dont know how many. Then the 'o-ya-peh-ya-som' decide who eat. Then in the end Kians eat like 6, then Ernest eat 9. HAHA! Then i keep spamming salmon sashimi.

Then when eating that time, RK say beside there got one LAN shop, got 'Left 4 Dead', ask want go play or not. Then he say is some zombie game (the first thing that came to my mind was Resident Evil, then i was like sian ah, the zombie slow slow one.)

But then, he described that in game the zombies all is one whole bunch chiong at you one, then got some very scary zombie, like will cry in the dark, called witch. Then if you startle her, she'll chiong at you.

And, somemore the game is co-op one, so the more we feel like playing. But only 4 players can LAN together at one time. So, Darren and Weile never play, just see us play.

Then we go settle bill, then the 5 of them say treat me, as birthday present la. So, okay lo. Anyway, thank you guys.

Then go toilet, then LAN.

Starting that time got some problems with the computers there, then change seat here, change seat there.

Then finally got 4 working perfectly comps. So, ON AH! LAI AH!

Then start play. I tell you, BEST MULTIPLAYER GAME I'VE EVER PLAYED!

The zombies came in hordes, special zombies, teamwork, guns, witch, tank, smoker, hunter, boomer. IT WAS FUN! REALLY FUN!

Kians' character was Louis, Ernest's was Zoey, RK's was Bill, Mine was Francis.

The atmosphere in the LAN was indescribable. Me, shouting, swearing, shouting 'HELP ME!' to Kians while tapping him, laughing at the Old Man Bill limping, shouting nice shots, laughing, sniping, carbine-ing, flanking, shotgun-ing, headshots, kena rape by tank(LOL), hunters suddenly pouncing on you, kena chiong at by witch, kena pulled away by the tongue of the smoker, boomer vomiting on you, witch on fire, solo-ing and sniping witch, getting most points for startling and killing witch (LOL), rushing for the safe rooms, grabbing ammo, healing, choosing weapon, throwing molotovs/pipebombs, saving each other, friendly-fires, Ernest carbine-ing us, seeing 'Don't Shoot Teammates!' on the screen, cornering tanks, getting killed by tanks...the list goes on and on. It was all really great. Really fun multiplayer game.

And i think we were the loudest group at the LAN too, even the boss of the LAN shop came to see us play. Haha!

And we finished the whole game!(After dont know how many tries, haha)

Its been ages since i went to LAN shops, the last time was, i think still in Primary school, playing ...counter strike... I tell you, last time i thought CS was very fun. This is waaaaaaayyyyy better than CS. Sorry, no offence.

The 4 of us will surely be back for more 'Left 4 Dead' action next time. Real soon, guys.

Yea, i would like to thank my buddies for celebrating my birthday in such a fun way. Honestly, this was the MOST FUN birthday celebration with friends, EVER!
